This is how it works:

1. You conclude a framework agreement with WCF when ordering goods.
2. You negotiate the terms and conditions with SOLARKAUF for the delivery of the goods.
3. SOLARKAUF submits a negotiated offer to WCF, which must be confirmed by you.
4. By accepting the offer, all the parties involved conclude a sale and purchase agreement.
5. We then deliver the product to you directly.
6. At the same time, SOLARKAUF invoices WCF.
7. WCF now pays the invoice of SOLARKAUR and provides you with an invoice with a payment period of up to 120 days.
8. You now flexibly pay the invoice within the specified time period at WCF.
